This is a Liberica varietal and uses the Honey Processing method in production, revealing wonderful flavours of almond, cereal, honey and malt.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eThe Honey Processing Method\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis method varies slightly to the more traditional washed method, in that the mucilage (the sticky, sugary coating that clings to the seeds) is left on the seed to dry naturally rather than being removed when the fruit is removed.
